A Clear And Focused Approach To Your Case

You may be afraid to talk to a lawyer because you're not sure if you have a case. This is true for many people who have been injured in an accident. You may be worried that you somehow are partially to blame for what happened.

The law can be confusing and intimidating to people who have never been involved in a court case or who have had bad experiences with the law. I am here to change that for you.

Clear Language And Explanations

When it comes to your legal situation, I speak plain English. I work with you to understand your story and do what it takes to build your case, whether that means meeting with you after hours or coming to your home or hospital to talk.

A Strong Belief In You

It's important for me to understand what your life is like and how the injury affects you. I want to know your story so that I know how the injury or accident has affected your job, your family, your work and your life. When I take your case it's because I believe in you. Many people who try to negotiate with insurance companies or opposing counsel get taken advantage of. I make sure that doesn't happen to you.

A Personal Understanding Of Injury

As a person who has had serious injuries and still deals with the physical pain on a daily basis, I know how scary and limiting an injury can be. Let's work together to make sure your story is told and that you get the medical care and attention you need to make the fullest financial and physical recovery you can.

The Help You Need When You Need It

Injuries and accidents can happen at any time, so I make sure I am available to you. I, along with my assistant Uriah, are here when you need us. As a smaller firm, we are able to respond to your phone calls and emails right away.

An Advocate For Victims

I strongly believe that more needs to be done to protect those marginalized in our community. As an attorney, I do pro bono work with a nonprofit group for victims of sexual assault. Here, I make sure that women have a voice and can get the access to the services they need to stay protected and safe. I also serve on the board of Clackamas Women's Services, an organization that offers free services to those who have suffered domestic and sexual violence. Clackamas also provides advocacy education for our Portland community.
